How does booking work?

Call us or use the form to check that the gîte you want is free on your chosen dates.

Confirmation and deposit

We send you a quote and a rental contract. A 25% deposit confirms your booking definitively: bank transfer or cheque.

Balance 30 days before arrival

The balance is paid 30 days before you arrive, by the same methods. On site and for a last-minute stay, card payment and cash are also accepted.

A personal welcome

We welcome you to the estate, hand over the keys and share our best tips for your stay at the Salagou.

After your request, we send you a quote and a rental contract. The full terms are attached to the contract before your stay is finally confirmed. Read the booking terms

Optional extras

Not included

  • End-of-stay cleaning. The gîte is to be left clean; if it is not, a fee is charged: €65 for the gîte Bergerie, €75 for the gîtes Salagou, Papillon, Mimosa and Garrigue, €95 for the gîte Lavande.
  • The 2026 tourist tax: €0.94 per adult per night.

A security deposit equal to the cleaning fee is taken on arrival and returned to you on departure, provided the gîte is left clean.

Good to know before you book

Arrival and departure Usually from 4 pm, departure before 10 am. If that doesn't fit your journey, tell us: we make arrangements whenever we can.
Length of stay In high season we favour week-long stays. The rest of the year, tell us what you have in mind: we adapt whenever the calendar allows.
Two-night weekends Possible outside July and August. In summer, only at the last minute depending on availability: give us a call and we'll look at it together.
Payment methods Remotely (deposit, balance): bank transfer or cheque. On site and last minute: the same methods, plus card payment and cash. The security deposit is paid by cheque or in cash.
