Booking terms

1. Contractual framework

All rentals offered by La Bergerie du Mas Delon are governed by a furnished holiday rental contract (contrat de location de meublé de tourisme), sent to the guest before the booking is finally confirmed.

The full rental terms are attached to the contract. Guests are asked to read the contract and the attached terms carefully before confirming their booking.

2. Booking and deposit

A booking becomes final under the conditions set out in the rental contract. A deposit is required, as specified in the contract.

Once you have sent your booking request, we send you a quote and a rental contract. The booking is confirmed under the conditions set out in that contract.

3. What the contract specifies

The rental contract sent to the guest sets out, in particular:

• the accommodation booked and its capacity;
• the dates of the stay;
• the price of the stay;
• the amount of the deposit;
• how and when the balance is to be paid;
• any security deposit;
• the tourist tax;
• any additional charges;
• the end-of-stay cleaning fee;
• the cancellation conditions.
