The Bergerie gîtes are the most compact and practical at La Bergerie du Mas Delon. They suit a family with children, a couple who want a bit more space, or holidaymakers who want to enjoy the estate, the pool and Lake Salagou without booking a large gîte.
The 4 Bergerie gîtes share the same layout: one bedroom, a sleeping nook with bunk beds, a living room with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a shower room with WC, a private terrace and a view over Lake Salagou and the surrounding countryside.

Each Bergerie gîte has its own south-facing private terrace. It's a real bonus for eating outside, enjoying the peace of the estate and taking in the view over Lake Salagou and the countryside.
Each terrace comes with 2 sun loungers, 2 armchairs, 6 chairs, an outdoor table and a dedicated barbecue.

Bergerie 1: practical for elderly guests, but not wheelchair-adapted
Gîte Bergerie 1 is the most practical of the 4 Bergerie gîtes for an elderly guest or someone with slightly reduced mobility, as it backs onto the car park and its terrace is easy to reach.
It should not, however, be considered a wheelchair-accessible gîte: the doors are not widened, the shower is a standard shower with a tray and the layout is standard throughout.
For genuine wheelchair accessibility, the gîte to choose is Gîte Garrigue, with a walk-in shower, an adapted WC, step-free access and paved access from the car park.

Rates are given as a guide, based on the seasons shown. Contact us to confirm the exact price for your dates.
Included in the price: water, electricity and heating (no meter readings, no extras), air conditioning, heated pool from April to October, high-speed Wi-Fi, parking, shared washing machine, games for children and pets welcome, except dogs classed as dangerous under French law.
Optional extras: sheets €9 per person, towels €5 per person, for the whole stay.
Not included: end-of-stay cleaning — the gîte is to be left clean, and if it is not a fee of €65 is charged — and the 2026 tourist tax, €0.94 per adult per night. A security deposit equal to the cleaning fee is taken on arrival and returned to you on departure, provided the gîte is left clean.
